Pumpkin Cake Dessert
4 eggs beaten
1 (29-ounce) can pumpkin
1 (13-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 ½ cups sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup melted margarine
1 package yellow cake mix (dry)
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix together eggs, pumpkin, milk, sugar and spices. Pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan: sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture and pour 1 cup of melted margarine over cake mix. Sprinkle nuts over all. Bake 1 hour only at 350 degrees.
