This 3-hour therapeutic yoga workshop is designed to help you remember who you are (what are your hopes and dreams? what’s so great about being alive? what makes you unique in all the world?). Connecting mind and body, breath and movement, while considering some of life’s important questions, you’ll have the opportunity to identify real change, and to develop a plan for being your most authentic self. This will give you the fuel required to continue to grow and move forward with greater ease, peace, gratitude, and fulfillment.

Through a combination of gentle yoga designed for all levels (absolute beginner to advanced practitioner), mindful introspection, the option to share and process, and guided motivational relaxation, you will leave feeling empowered, inspired, AND with a real plan for continued growth and change.

Next will be Ideal Balance – July 7, 2018 9am-12noon
Here, we’ll be exploring and celebrating changes made and those yet to be experienced. This workshop will focus on that moving target – BALANCE – both in mind and in body, while cultivating self-acceptance and continued growth. More details to come soon!
