The garden is on the verge of exploding. Lots of beautiful squash and peppers. My friend makes delicious squash pickles, which prompted me to do just that. Mine are called Confetti Pickles: tender slices of Zucchini and yellow squash, onions, red, orange, yellow and green bell peppers swimming in a sweet bread and butter pickle brine. You can find them in the MACK gift shop.
