The Farm’s Holiday Craft and Vendor Fair!
Saturday December 2 from 10:00am-3:00pm (Set up starts at 9am)
* Help Stuff a Truck with Food for the Woodmont Food Bank.
* To help make Christmas brighter for children who otherwise would have no gifts to open on Christmas Day we are partnering with Communities In Schools of Greenville. Our goal is to sponsor 10 students this year!
* See what local artisans and direct sale vendors have at their booths and get your holiday shopping done early!
*The South Greenville Fire Department will be bringing SANTA so kids (young and old) can get their picture taken with him! (Picture times will be posted closer to the event)
This is an outdoor event held at our Cabana (in Parking Lot and in the grass around our playground area)
A spot to only set up a table in the parking lot is $10
Tent spots are $20
Cabana Tables are $20 (1 available 9/24)
Food Trucks are $40
NEW for this event!
SWAG BAGS!
We will have 50 swag bags to fill for this event. Swag bags are a great way to advertise your business either by placing a business card, restaurant menu, and/or sample of your product in the bag which will be distributed to shoppers at our Fair.
$10 for 50 Bags (For Vendors who set up at the event)
$20 for 50 Bags (For those who are NOT setting up at the event)
You will need to provide your own chairs, tents and tables, unless you decide to set up under the cabana, then you will be assigned a picnic table. This event will be held rain or shine (Vender fees are nonrefundable!)
Vendor Reservation begins on Saturday September 16th. Only one vendor per direct sales company will be allowed.
